We have prepared your order with care and attention. Should you nevertheless experience a problem, please let us know as soon as possible, at the latest within 2 working days. We will do everything possible to solve it to your satisfaction. Please send an e-mail, and possibly a photo, via this link. We will deal with your mail immediately.
Remember, aluminium is a soft metal, inherent are small marks or scratches on the frame. We do everything possible to ship the frame in the best possible way, but small damages can occur.
By the way, we cannot take back any Muurmeesters orders. All products are custom made, especially for you. Once in production, unfortunately we cannot cancel an order.
